BT Home Hub - Windows USB drivers Downloading and Installing Drivers Please note: these instructions are for the download and installation of BT Home Hub USB drivers for a Windows PC. There are no drivers to install if you are connecting the BT Home Hub to your PC using Ethernet. 1. Download the file BT_Home_Hub_USB_driver.zip to a temporary folder on your hard disk drive. 2. Create a new folder on your hard disk drive – e.g. Home Hub Driver. 3. Unzip the downloaded file BT_Home_Hub_USB_driver.zip to the new folder you have created (you will need to use an unzip utility such as Winzip to perform this function). 4. Plug the USB cable (white cable with blue ends) between the USB-B port on the back of your BT Home Hub and the USB port on your PC. 5. When the 'Found New Hardware' wizard launches... 6. Tick 'Search for suitable driver for my device', then click 'Next'. 7. Tick 'Specify a location', then click 'Next'. 8. Click 'Browse' and locate select the folder you created earlier and unzipped the driver files to. Click 'OK'. Follow the on-screen instructions.
